How long does it to process my order?

Processing time can range anywhere between two and five business days, but we typically try to shoot for at least 48 business hours before we ship out order. Please keep in mind that some orders could be delayed due to Covid-19.

Return/Exchange Policy

Sadly, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Sorry for any inconvenience. However, if you have a damaged item, please contact us and we will try our best to assist.

How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of it. You will also receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been made.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order, sometimes flat rate depending on your product selection(s). There are times when Questa Cosmetics will offer free shipping during certain promotions and rewards. If not, you can always proceed checking out your order until you get to the order review page to see how much shipping cost will be for you.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

If you have not received an email within 24 hours of your purchase, please email info@questacosmetics.com with your name and order number if handy.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

We hate when unfortunate things like this happen, that's why here at Questa Cosmetics, we inspect every order before shipping. We will even include an inspection note in every order to show that we really want you to receive our products in the best condition possible.

If you have received a damaged item, you may file an insurance claim:
Online: Go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. for information on USPS domestic insurance. By mail: Call 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) to have a claim form mailed to you.

All orders will come with $50 of insurance for merchandise with standard priority shipping unless another insurance option is selected. If you need further assistance, please send us an email.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not ship internationally, but we are working on that for our QC Beauties over seas. We apologize but will be shipping internationally soon.
